Hydrazine Hydrate & Carbohydrazide

Both Hydrazine hydrate and Carbohydrazide can be used for the boiler water treatment.

II. USAGE FOR HYDRAZINE HYDRATE:

1. Anti-corrosion additive for circulating water in thermal and nuclear power plants.

2. Deaerator for water used in industrial boilers and high-pressure steam furnaces.

Hydrazine hydrate is a deoxidizer, which can reduce dissolved oxygen in water, and is used to further remove the residual trace dissolved oxygen after thermal deoxygenation of boiler feed water. Because the dissolved oxygen in the feed water will cause corrosion of the boiler tube wall. Adding hydrazine hydrate to the boiler feed water can not only deoxidize, but also prevent the formation of iron scale and copper scale in the boiler.

III. USAGE FOR CARBOHYDRAZIDE

Deoxidizer in boiler water treatment agent.

Because the corrosive substances in the boiler water will enter the boiler and form iron scale, the etched iron scale will cause the inner wall of the pipeline to produce pits, and the resistance coefficient will increase. When the pipeline erosion is serious, even the pipeline explosion event will occur, so it is necessary to remove the oxygen in the boiler water, and Carbohydrazide is easy to tolerate water and can react with the oxygen in the water, so it can achieve the deoxygenation of the boiler water very well.
