ACCELERATOR ZMBT MZ
ACCELERATOR ZMBT MZ is a high-performance accelerator for natural rubber, general-purpose synthetic rubber, and latex. Similar in nature to accelerator M but less prone to premature vulcanization, it offers a higher critical vulcanization temperature (138℃) and is not easily prone to early vulcanization. It exhibits a slightly retarding effect in neoprene. This accelerator is activated by thiols, dithiocarbamates, guanidines, alkaline regenerated rubber, and general alkaline substances, and requires combination with zinc oxide and stearic acid for optimal performance.
